Her journey began behind the chair but quickly expanded into the world of education, where she spent seven years teaching at the Aveda Institute and in salons across Florida and Colorado. Specializing in hair color, Haley became a Director of Education and Aveda Color Coach, helping other stylists elevate their craft while continuing to deepen her own.

Haley believes hair is a form of self-expression and empowerment—a daily ritual that deserves intention. Her work has taken her from New York Fashion Week to editorial sets, but her heart lives in the salon, where she blends artistry with intuition to help her guests feel seen, celebrated, and radiant.

Endlessly curious and fiercely dedicated to growth, Haley continues to pursue advanced education in hair color, cutting, and salon business. For her, learning is a lifelong spell—always evolving, always expanding.

Outside the salon, Haley is a devoted mama to her two children, Salem and Paris, and a proud guardian of a quirky little familiars crew: two pugs (Jabba the Pug and Bib Fortuna), a cat named Momo, and six chickens. Her downtime is filled with gardening, plants, Dungeons & Dragons, hiking, camping, board games, dancing, and traveling—always with an eye toward the magic in the everyday.
