CANCELLATION POLICY

• If an appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the entire service cost.

• If an appointment is cancelled on the day of or you don’t show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the entire service cost.

• Please give AT LEAST 48 hours notice for cancelling, rescheduling, or having to change your service from a color to just a cut.

• A credit card on file is required before securing an appointment time and will only be used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
